Robust control desk hardware for hands-on access to e:cue programmer
The FaderUnit provides the popular conventional controls of a lighting desk, but it is specically engineered to work with the E:cue
programmer. The FaderUnit enables the programmer to become faster, easier and more enjoyable to use. 13 faders and 73 keys in
a robust case provide direct access to cuelists, masters and other central features, while ve heavy duty jog wheels allow quick and
exact programming xture parameters. In combination with a FaderUnit and a DMX output device, a laptop or PC becomes a high
level lighting console. Up to four FaderUnits may be connected to one E:cue programmer simultaneously.
This means fast control of up to 48 submasters.

Detail
Programming
Programmers and lighting
designers with a little experience
will nd that the familiar concept
of cues, cuelists, sub- and
grandmasters makes it easy to
start working with the E:cue LAS.
Cuelists support both HTP and LTP
mode. There are various modes
for cue fade and timing, including
timecode. Cues can be made to
execute a large number of actions,
such as sending MIDI notes.
More sophisticated programming
is made possible by the included
liveFX eects generator. With
liveFX, you can put mathematical
functions to DMX channels to
achieve circular movement, ramps,
sparkle eects and much more.
Last but not least, the unique
E:cue LAS Wizards are there to
reduce otherwise tedious and
repetitive programming tasks to
a few mouse clicks. Generating
chasers, bitmap animations and
scroll texts was never this easy!
